The area by the back door had no usable surface. We excavated, cleared the ground and planned a raised patio level with the door.
Project Overview
A raised paver patio with steps all around
We turned a flat, unused corner of the backyard into a raised paver patio right off the sliding door, with wraparound paver steps and a charcoal border that frames the gray blend pavers.
The work included excavation, a compacted gravel base, block retaining walls to support the raised platform, geotextile fabric, large-format gray pavers in a random pattern, charcoal step caps and soldier border, and final cleanup.

Process: walls, base & pavers
We compacted a gravel base, built block walls to hold the raised platform, laid fabric and set the gray pavers with a charcoal border.
