We replaced a worn brick patio and an old deck with a complete outdoor living space: a large paver patio with a charcoal border, a composite deck with wraparound steps, and a new wood pergola, all connected to the home's French doors.
The work included layout, removal of the old patio, excavation and grading, a compacted gravel base, paver patio and paver steps, deck framing on footings, composite decking, pergola construction, new sod along the edges, and final cleanup.
Completed in Duvall, WA, this project adds to Acosta Landstone's portfolio in King County. We provide paver patio installation and deck and pergola installation across the Eastside, Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties, including Duvall, Redmond, Sammamish and surrounding communities.

How this Duvall backyard went from a worn brick patio to a new paver patio, composite deck and pergola, step by step.
An old brick patio full of weeds and an aging deck. We marked a new layout so the patio, deck and pergola would connect naturally to the home.
We excavated, compacted a solid gravel base and laid the pavers, then framed the deck level on footings and built the new wood pergola above it.
A gray paver patio with a charcoal border, a low-maintenance composite deck with wraparound steps, and a shaded pergola, finished with fresh sod.
