Before: dirt and a dull patio
Bare, muddy strips around the existing slab patio, with years of dirt and stains on the slabs and steps.

This Matthews Beach home in Seattle already had a concrete slab patio and block planter wall, but the strips of ground around it were bare dirt that turned to mud and tracked into the house. The homeowners wanted a clean, green finish that stays good-looking all year without mowing or watering, so we installed artificial turf in every open area around the patio.
We cleared and leveled the dirt areas along the house, the fence and the side walkway, prepared a compacted base and installed synthetic grass trimmed tight against the patio slabs, the siding and the fence, including the long narrow strips that run beside the side path.
We also pressure washed the existing patio, steps and walkway to remove years of dirt and stains, so the light slabs look bright again next to the new green turf.
Completed in Matthews Beach, Seattle, WA, this project adds to Acosta Landstone's portfolio in King County. We provide artificial turf installation, new lawn installation and deep cleaning & pressure washing across the Eastside, Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties.
