A fence renovation is often necessary when an old structure no longer provides safety or privacy.

 

In this fence renovation project in Kenmore, the existing fence was worn, unstable, and visually outdated. Because of this, the homeowner decided it was time for a full upgrade.

 

From the beginning, the goal was clear: replace the old fence with a stronger and cleaner design that would last for years.

Process Renovation

First, we removed the entire old fence. All damaged panels and posts were taken out carefully.

 

Then, the area was fully cleared to create a clean and safe workspace. After that, we installed each main post with precise alignment.

 

This step was essential, because a strong structure starts at the base. As a result, the new fence foundation was solid and reliable.

Next, each fence board was installed one by one. At the same time, spacing and alignment were checked constantly.

 

In addition, special attention was given to a large tree along the fence line. Instead of removing it, we designed the fence to pass through the area creatively.

Outdoor Renovation

Before, weeds and moss covered the ground. At the same time, the space lacked order and use. However, we saw strong potential. So, we redesigned the entire layout with purpose.

Process Renovation

At the same time, we handled all parts of the outdoor renovation together. First, we built a retaining wall to support the grade around the house.

 

Then, we installed a wood fence on top of the wall. Because of this, the property gained privacy and security.

 

Meanwhile, we cleared the site and prepared the ground. In addition, this step kept the project organized and efficient.

Next, we focused on comfort and access during the outdoor renovation. For this reason, we installed artificial turf for a clean lawn.
