This outdoor fence installation was carefully designed to surround the entire exterior of the home while respecting and highlighting the natural environment. The homeowner wanted a durable, stylish fence that blended seamlessly with the surrounding trees, plants, and landscaping without blocking the greenery that defines the property.

Process Renovation

When planning this outdoor fence, the home’s natural surroundings played a key role. The property is surrounded by mature trees, shrubs, and lush vegetation, so the fence design needed to complement nature rather than hide it.

 

After walking the property and analyzing each area together with the homeowner, we created a layout that balanced privacy, security, and visual harmony with the landscape.

 

The outdoor fence was installed around the entire perimeter of the house, including the side that borders the neighboring property.

 

On street-facing areas with large trees, the fence was positioned inside, allowing the trees and plants to remain visible from the outside.

 

On the opposite street-facing side, the outdoor fence was installed outward to cover shrubs and provide additional privacy.

 

This strategic placement allowed the home to maintain a natural, open feel while still improving safety and enclosure.

Process Renovation

At first, worn conditions defined the property. At the same time, an old fence surrounded the home. Meanwhile, key areas near the garage remained unused. However, we focused on potential instead of limits. So, we redesigned the layout with clear intention. 

As a result, the space now feels clean and balanced. Most importantly, the client feels fully satisfied.

PROCESS HARDSCAPING

At the same time, we managed all phases of this hardscaping project together. 

First, we started with the paver patio near the house entrance and garage. Before construction, plants and shrubs filled the area. So, we cleared the space using professional equipment. Then, we prepared the site for the next steps.

Next, we installed a gravel base to support the patio. After that, we placed each paver one by one. At every step, we measured carefully. At the same time, we used leveling tools. Because of this, the surface stayed even and precise.

In addition, the client requested a custom paver design. For this reason, we created a layout with green spaces between the pavers. As a result, the patio blends structure with natural elements.

Meanwhile, we worked on the fence installation.

 

First, we removed all old and damaged fencing. In total, the fence covers over 30 meters around the property. After cleaning the area, we installed new fencing.

Before, weeds and moss covered the ground. At the same time, the space lacked order and use. However, we saw strong potential. So, we redesigned the entire layout with purpose.

Process Renovation

At the same time, we handled all parts of the outdoor renovation together. First, we built a retaining wall to support the grade around the house.

 

Then, we installed a wood fence on top of the wall. Because of this, the property gained privacy and security.
