Assessment & Planning

Acosta Landstone transformed this property from assessment and planning through the final reveal. We built a grade-holding retaining wall, completed wood fence installation for privacy, poured a hand-stamped concrete walkway, and installed high-density artificial turf for a clean, low-maintenance lawn. We also handled driveway and exterior finishing to unify the landscape and boost curb appeal.

 

Quality drove every step: structural concrete blocks with geotextile, free-draining backfill, and a perforated drain; pressure-treated fence posts and panels with precise alignment and secure fastening; stamped concrete with color hardener, release, proper cure, and seal; and turf over a compacted, free-draining base with tight seams.
